Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 7 calendar days from when your subscription is purchased or renewed to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide us your email address and proof of purchase. Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you, electronically that your request complies with our refund policy. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund once a decision has been made.If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
